- Reconstruction of storm drain connector pipes in three different locations was also required in this project. It required a total length of 68 feet of 21-inch and 114 feet of 18-inch Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) with concrete collars and junction structures for joining to the existing storm drain system.
- Reconstruction of existing median islands was included in the project. The reconstruction work included concrete curb hardscape, irrigation, street light relocation and landscaping.
The entire project also required re-constructing ACP water lines at new sewer trench crossings, reconstruction of
street cross gutter, removal of the existing sewer lines and manholes, abandoning the existing sewer lines and manholes,
dewatering, maintaining the existing sewer flows during construction reconstructing and reconnecting sewer house
connections, traffic control, trench pavement resurfacing, traffic restriping, and installation of raised pavement
markers.
